LACK OF LAWS FOR SAFETY

The problem: 

In Ecuador for make a mention exist dissastrous laws that protect to the criminal and delinquents and that of some way this laws don't defending to common  people as they should.

For making complaint:

Our complain is that the criminals have more rights than ordinary people because instead of giving then a sentence the only pass in investigations post poining the sentence and then leaving it in the forgotten without having justice.

The possible solution:

The solution tho this problem is that a project must be presented in the assembly in wich it is obliged to respect human rights but the people who cause harem must be sanctioned without any kind of remorse and with a firm hand paying just for their sins.
